Ordering and payment

1. Place your order by adding Venum products to your shopping cart, choosing from the different product sections on the left-hand side.

2. Start the checkout process and choose payment method at your convenience :
a) Payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard): your order will be prepared immediately and shipped within 48h.
b) Payment by bank transfer: as soon as your order is confirmed, please transfer the exact amount to our bank account (Banking information will be sent in the payment request email).
c) Payment by Paypal: sending money to our e-mail [email protected]

Transfer fees should be at your charge. As soon as we acknowledge receipt of your payment on our bank account, your order will be prepared and shipped straight away.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our European warehouse (Paris, France) by UPS.
Orders are processed in 48h and delivered worldwide.
There are different options:

- UPS Saver or Express : 24h-48h (Central Europe) / more or less 72h (Eastern Europe and Rest Of World)
- UPS Standard : 48h-72h (Central Europe) / more or less 5-6 days (Eastern Europe and Rest Of World)
- UPS Shenker (additional delivery time : 5 to 6 days) : only if you have punching bags in your order, to ensure the secure delivery
- Store pick up : in this case, please contact us

If you are based in the European Union, there are no additional fees (customs fees or duties).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the weight, volume and destination of your package and they are detailed in your order review.

Tax/VAT

• If you are based outside the European Union, we will not charge the VAT. Local taxes and duties may apply depending on your country.
• If you are based in the European Union:
- If you provided your VAT number during registration, we will not charge the VAT.
- If you did not provide your VAT number during registration, we will charge the French VAT (20%).

Reseller margin

For all products, we will provide you :
- Minimum retail price (VAT excluded)
- Resellerprice (VAT excluded)
- Your reseller margin
We strongly recommend you to respect suggested minimum retail price to guarantee your margin.

Discount

We offer you an exclusive discount program: the more you order, the bigger your discount is. You can get a volume discount when ordering 1000€ only! The discount applies on all products except the equipment and the products on sale.

* For an order amount above 1 000 €, the volume discount is: 2,0%
* For an order amount above 2 000 €, the volume discount is: 3,0%
* For an order amount above 3 000 €, the volume discount is: 4,0%
* For an order amount above 4 000 €, the volume discount is: 5,0%
* For an order amount above 5 000 €, the volume discount is: 6,0%
* For an order amount above 6 000 €, the volume discount is: 7,0%
* For an order amount above 8 000 €, the volume discount is: 8,0%

Stock

Our wholesale web store allows you to consult our inventory in real time.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, please click on the "Alert me" button to receive a notification when we restock it.

You can use all images available on this website for marketing purposes. HD products pictures are available under each product description or/and by clicking on "Get VENUM Marketing Resources" on the left-hand side below the product categories.
Venum catalog is only viewable online.
Videos banners for your website and Facebook page can be downloaded from the Marketing Resources.
EAN codes and size charts can be downloaded on the same link "Get Venum Marketing Resources"
