How do I return my order?

1. Important Return Conditions

Before sending your return back to us, please review the following criteria:

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return and send your package.
  • Item Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Hygiene Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for fabric masks, mouthguards, protective cups, underwear, swimwear, compression shorts, punching bags, and personalized items.
  • Personalized Items & Custom Gloves: No personalized products or custom gloves may be returned without prior consent from our customer service department. Any unauthorized returns will not be refunded or reshipped.
  • Separate Parcels: Please keep separate orders in separate packages. Returning items from multiple orders in a single parcel may significantly delay your refund.

2. Return Address

All returns are shipped to our main logistics warehouse located in France:

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Repack the items: Place the products securely in their original packaging.
  2. Complete the Return Form: Fill out the paper return form (printed on the back of your delivery note) with your full name, order number (e.g., #VNM-XXXXXX-UK), order date, product name, reference, quantity, and the reason code for the return.
  3. Enclose the form: Insert the completed return form inside your parcel, then pack everything into an outer waterproof envelope or cardboard box.
  4. Ship your return: Drop off your package at the carrier of your choice to be delivered to the return address above. Please keep your proof of deposit/postage until your refund is completed.

4. Refund Information

Once your returned items are delivered to our warehouse and inspected by our logistics team, we will issue your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 days maximum.
