Venum is now paperless. You will no longer receive a return form coupon in your package. Everything is done online.


How do I return my order?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to return it to us.
Use the portal below to start your return process. Handwritten labels or returns made via any other method will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Pack your items. If you don't have packaging, that's not a problem: just place your items in something non-transparent, sealable and waterproof.
  2. Log in to our returns portal. You will need your order number and email.
  3. Select the reason for your return
  4. We offer you the opportunity to take advantage of our lower shipping prices. If you choose this option, print the return label at home. Once your return is finalized on the portal, you are ready to mail your package. However, you will also have the possibility to send your package back to us by your own means. In this case, finalize your return, print the return form and place it in your package. Drop it off at your carrier.
  5. Keep track of your returns. You will receive an email once we have received your returned item.
  6. Once received, you will receive your refund within 14 days.


Good to know...

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for cloth masks, mouth guards, shells, underwear, swimwear, custom items, compression shorts and punching bags.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached.
Please keep your orders separate. Returning more than one order in a single package may delay your refund.
