How do I create an account?
Click on the link my account or on the heading Join us at the top right of the site.
Then choose Create an account, fill in the different information fields and validate.
How do I update my account information?
Click on the my account link or the Join Us section at the top right of the site.
Then click on Forgot your password? next to the Login button and enter the email address for your account.
Instructions for changing your password will be sent to this address.
How do I place an order?
Click on the Catalog section or choose the product category you are interested in from the menu at the top of the site.
Select the item you are interested in by clicking on its image to see its detailed description.
Then choose the size and color you are interested in, as well as the desired quantity.
Finally, click on Add to Cart.
You can access the shopping cart by selecting the icon at the top right of the site.
To place an order, all you have to do is validate it.
Is it possible to order without having an account?
It is impossible to order without having created an account.
What are the payment options?
At the time of the validation of your order, you will have to choose one of the means of payment proposed then to click on Continue to finalize your purchase.
No order will be sent for delivery before payment is received.

When will the order be delivered?
The delivery depends on the availability of the article: it is displayed on the product sheet.
You can follow the progress of the delivery by clicking on my account.
You will receive a confirmation of delivery by email when your order will be on the departure then under 24 to 48h after the starting of your order.
How much does the delivery cost ?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and depend on several factors, including the weight of the order or the choice of delivery method.

Is your country delivered?
To check if your country is included in the delivery perimeter, you just have to add a product to your cart and then validate it.
When you enter your shipping information you will be able to see which destinations are included.
If your country is not included, we are very sorry that we are unable to deliver at this time.

When does the delivery start and how much does it cost?

Destinations outside the EU may include customs taxes.

No refunds will be given if you refuse to pay these fees.
All costs resulting from local regulations are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
