Venum Club Loyalty Programme Terms

1. Preamble

1.1. SAS DRAGON BLEU, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 453 398 810, having its registered office at 7 Rue du Sagittaire, 94150 Rungis, France, has created and manages a loyalty programme called “VENUM Club”, intended for eligible customers of the Venum UK website.

1.2. These terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”, set out the conditions for joining and using the VENUM Club loyalty programme, hereinafter referred to as the “VENUM Club Programme”.

1.3. Any person requesting membership of the VENUM Club Programme is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms without reservation.


2. Purpose of the Programme

2.1. The VENUM Club Programme is valid only for purchases made on the Venum United Kingdom website, hereinafter referred to as “Venum UK” or the “Website”.

2.2. The purpose of the VENUM Club Programme is to reward loyal customers of Venum UK. By participating in the Programme, members may earn loyalty points, access benefits and redeem rewards in accordance with the conditions set out below.

2.3. The VENUM Club Programme does not apply to purchases made on other Venum websites, marketplaces, third-party retailers, physical stores or any other sales channel unless expressly stated otherwise by DRAGON BLEU.


3. Membership Conditions

3.1. Membership is open to any individual who is at least 18 years old and resides in the United Kingdom.

3.2. To become a member, the customer must create a customer account on Venum UK and accept these Terms.

3.3. Membership of the VENUM Club Programme is free of charge.

3.4. Only one membership application per person will be accepted. DRAGON BLEU reserves the right to request, at any time, any document or information required to verify the identity and/or address of the person wishing to join or having joined the VENUM Club Programme, including in the event of duplicate accounts or identical names.

3.5. Membership is strictly personal and may not be transferred, assigned, sold or shared with another person.


4. Personal Data

4.1. Registration for the VENUM Club Programme requires the Member to provide certain personal information.

The following fields, marked with an asterisk where applicable, may be required when joining the Programme:

  • Title;
  • Surname;
  • First name;
  • Email address;
  • Postal address.

4.2. The information collected when joining and using the VENUM Club Programme is processed by DRAGON BLEU for the purpose of:

  • registering and managing memberships;
  • managing the VENUM Club Programme;
  • crediting and redeeming points;
  • managing rewards, benefits, vouchers and referral rewards;
  • communicating with Members about the Programme;
  • preventing fraud, misuse and duplicate accounts.

4.3. Information relating to the processing of Members’ personal data is available in the Privacy Policy accessible on the Website.

4.4. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Members may have the following rights in relation to their personal data:

  • the right of access;
  • the right to rectification;
  • the right to erasure;
  • the right to restriction of processing;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to object to processing, including for direct marketing purposes;
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • rights relating to automated decision-making and profiling, where applicable.

4.6. Members also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office, also known as the ICO.


  1. Programme Operation

5.1. Earning Loyalty Points and Status

5.1.1. Members earn 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent, excluding taxes, delivery fees, customs duties, gift cards, vouchers, discounts and any other excluded charges.

5.1.2. Points are credited to the Member’s account once the order has been confirmed.

5.1.3. In the event of cancellation, refund, return, partial return or non-payment of all or part of an order placed on the Website, the points earned in connection with that order will be deducted from the Member’s total balance, in whole or in part depending on the returned, refunded or cancelled amount.

5.1.4. In the event of a full or partial refund of an order, the points awarded for that order will be deducted from the Member’s loyalty account, within the limit of the Member’s available points balance.

5.1.5. Amounts spent through eligible orders allow Members to reach different VENUM Club Programme statuses and benefit from the offers, advantages and discounts associated with their status. These benefits will be indicated on the Venum UK Website and/or in the Member’s customer account.

5.1.6. The VENUM Club Programme includes the following five statuses:

“Contender”: for Members who have spent from £1 to £199.99 over a rolling 12-month period;

“Challenger”: for Members who have spent from £200 to £499.99 over a rolling 12-month period;

“Elite”: for Members who have spent from £500 to £999.99 over a rolling 12-month period;

“Legend”: for Members who have spent £1,000 or more over a rolling 12-month period;

“GOAT”: for the Member who has spent the highest amount over a given period, as determined by DRAGON BLEU.

5.1.7. When a Member reaches a new status, they retain the rewards and benefits already earned from previous statuses, subject to the validity conditions applicable to each reward.

5.1.8. Members progress to a new status 30 days after the relevant order, provided that the order has not been cancelled, returned or refunded.

5.1.9. A Member may lose their status if the total amount spent during the relevant rolling period no longer corresponds to the criteria for that status.

5.1.10. The Member may check their loyalty point balance at any time in the “My Account” area and/or the “VENUM Club” area of the Venum UK Website.

5.2. Use and Validity of Points

5.2.1. Points may be exchanged for discounts, vouchers, gifts or other benefits, according to the terms and conditions in force and displayed on the Website.

5.2.2. Points are valid for up to 12 months from the date on which they are credited. After this period, unused points expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5.2.3. Unless otherwise expressly stated by DRAGON BLEU, only purchases made on the Venum UK Website from 1 January 2026 onwards will be taken into account for the accumulation of loyalty points and the calculation of VENUM Club status.

5.2.4. Purchases made before this date will not be eligible for points or status progression under the VENUM Club Programme, unless DRAGON BLEU expressly decides otherwise as part of a launch offer, commercial gesture or specific promotional operation.

5.2.5. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2.6. Points used to generate a voucher are deducted from the Member’s points balance at the time the voucher is issued.

5.2.7. Once a voucher has been generated and used for an order, the points used to generate that voucher are definitively consumed.

5.3. Conditions of Use

5.3.1. Points are personal to the Member and may not be transferred to another account or another person.

5.3.2. Points may not be sold, exchanged for cash, refunded or converted into any other form of compensation.

5.3.3. The accumulation of points is subject to the validation of orders. Points linked to cancelled, refunded or returned orders may be cancelled or deducted.

5.3.4. In the event of cancellation, return, full refund or partial refund of an order, the points awarded for that order may be deducted from the Member’s loyalty account, within the limit of the Member’s available points balance.

5.3.5. No automatic reinstatement of points, voucher, reward or equivalent benefit will be made in the event of cancellation, return, full refund or partial refund of an order on which a voucher has been used.

5.3.6. DRAGON BLEU reserves the right to suspend, cancel or adjust points in the event of error, technical incident, fraud, attempted fraud, misuse of the Programme or breach of these Terms.

5.4. Use of Vouchers

5.4.1. Vouchers may be obtained through the VENUM Club Programme in exchange for loyalty points as follows:

£5 voucher = 50 points

£10 voucher = 100 points

£15 voucher = 150 points

5.4.2. Each voucher is valid for 90 days from its date of issue.

5.4.3. A minimum order value is required to use a voucher:

£5 voucher: minimum order value of £20

£10 voucher: minimum order value of £40

£15 voucher: minimum order value of £60

5.4.4. Vouchers may be used on products available on the Website, excluding punching bags, coaching equipment, customisable products and any other excluded products indicated on the Website.

5.4.5. Vouchers cannot be combined with current promotional offers, discount codes, sales offers or other benefits, unless expressly stated otherwise by DRAGON BLEU.

5.4.6. Each voucher may be used only once, cannot be split across several orders, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot give rise to any refund, credit or compensation.

5.4.7. Each voucher generates a unique personal code, which must be entered at checkout.

5.4.8. Once a voucher has been generated and used for an order, the points used to generate that voucher are definitively consumed.

5.4.9. If an order paid in whole or in part with a voucher is cancelled, returned, fully refunded or partially refunded, the corresponding points will not be reinstated to the Member’s loyalty account.

5.4.10. No new voucher, equivalent reward or automatic reinstatement of points will be issued to replace a voucher used on an order that is cancelled, returned, fully refunded or partially refunded.

5.5. Referral Programme

Rewards

5.5.1. The referred customer receives a £10 voucher valid on their first purchase, subject to a minimum order value of £30. The voucher is valid for 7 days from its date of issue.

5.5.2. The referring Member receives a £10 voucher after validation of the referred customer’s order, meaning once the order has not been cancelled or returned within 14 days. The voucher is valid for 90 days from its date of issue.

Conditions

5.5.3. Referral vouchers may be used on products available on the Website, excluding punching bags, coaching equipment, customisable products and any other excluded products indicated on the Website.

5.5.4. Referral vouchers cannot be combined with current promotional offers, discount codes, sales offers or other benefits, unless expressly stated otherwise by DRAGON BLEU.

5.5.5. Each referral voucher is subject to a minimum order value of £30.

5.5.6. Referral benefits are personal and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or used fraudulently.

5.5.7. Once a referral voucher has been used for an order, it is definitively consumed.

5.5.8. In the event of cancellation, return, full refund or partial refund of an order on which a referral voucher has been used, no new voucher, equivalent reward or automatic reinstatement will be issued.

5.5.9. DRAGON BLEU reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw referral benefits in the event of suspected fraud, self-referral, duplicate accounts, misuse of the referral system or any behaviour contrary to the purpose of the Programme.


6. Modification and Suspension of the Programme

6.1. DRAGON BLEU reserves the right to modify, suspend or update the VENUM Club Programme at any time, subject to giving Members 30 days’ prior notice, where applicable.

6.2. Members will be informed of substantial modifications by email and/or through information published on the Website.

6.3. Modifications may relate in particular to the points scale, status thresholds, rewards, benefits, voucher conditions, excluded products, validity periods or eligibility conditions.


7. Termination, Modification and Withdrawal of the VENUM Club Programme

7.1. Termination by the Member

7.1.1. If a Member no longer wishes to participate in the VENUM Club Programme, they may notify DRAGON BLEU by post or email using the contact details set out in Article 4.5 above.

7.1.2. DRAGON BLEU will deactivate the Member’s Programme membership from receipt of the Member’s request, subject to any legal or legitimate retention obligations.

7.1.3. Termination of membership will result in the loss of unused points, rewards and benefits linked to the VENUM Club Programme, without the Member being entitled to any compensation.


7.2. Termination by DRAGON BLEU

7.2.1. DRAGON BLEU may deactivate the VENUM Club Programme membership of any Member who:

  • fails to comply with these Terms;
  • makes abusive use of the benefits, services or offers linked to the Programme;
  • is involved in a payment incident;
  • commits or attempts to commit fraud on the Website;
  • creates multiple accounts or multiple Programme memberships;
  • carries out an unusually high number of transactions over one or more days;
  • appears not to be acting for personal and non-commercial purposes;
  • does not make any purchase for a consecutive period of 12 months.

7.2.2. Where applicable, DRAGON BLEU will notify the Member of its decision by email or post.

7.2.3. Deactivation of the Member’s Programme membership will result in the permanent loss of accumulated points and acquired benefits, without the Member being entitled to any compensation.


7.3. Modification of the VENUM Club Programme

7.3.1. The VENUM Club Programme may be changed, including with regard to the points earning scale, status thresholds and the nature of loyalty benefits.

7.3.2. Any such changes will result in an update to these Terms, where necessary.


7.4. Withdrawal of the VENUM Club Programme

7.4.1. DRAGON BLEU may withdraw the VENUM Club Programme, provided that Members are informed by email or post at least one month in advance.

7.4.2. In this case, Members may use their available benefits for a period of one month from the date on which the Programme ends, but they will no longer be able to accumulate further points or spending amounts under the Programme.

7.4.3. If benefits are not used within this period, they will be permanently lost and the Member will not be entitled to any refund, compensation or reinstatement.


8. Liability

8.1. DRAGON BLEU shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the VENUM Club Programme, the Website, the Member account area or any technical error affecting the accumulation or use of points, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8.2. DRAGON BLEU shall not be liable for the loss, expiry or non-use of points, vouchers or benefits where such loss results from the Member’s failure to use them within the applicable validity period.

8.3. DRAGON BLEU shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of opportunity, commercial loss or loss of profit arising from participation in the VENUM Club Programme.

8.4. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.


9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to Members residing in the United Kingdom.

9.2. In the event of a dispute relating to the VENUM Club Programme, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter amicably.

9.3. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers.
