The gloves were too big for me (fine). But I tried to send back and it was the worse and most difficult process. Then EVRI said they need additional payment from Venus to send back. I told Venus customer services about this several times and spoke to them several times and to no avail. Horrific customer service and horrific return policy. Their customer service bot is also in french?! The gloves were fine apart from the size on myself but everything else about the process was terrible. Not using again. 70 ish quid down the drain.
