The worst experience of my life. Purchased 2 gloves. UPS taking 2+ weeks to deliver them. Venum customer support did absolutely nothing to support. I gave Venum my correct address multiple times, upon their request. They did not relay my address to UPS. The gloves are in a warehouse somewhere. Venum claims the problem is between UPS and I. UPS claims it received a completely different address from Venum. I had to pay twice for delivery to correct the address. I will never ever purchase anything from Venum ever again
Poor quality came damaged cheap material don’t be tempted by the special offer rubbish gloves like cooking mittens

Everything was fine at the start, but things started going wrong after I made an order. I should've received an email confirmation, but I didn't, so I had to contact support. It is fine to sometimes contact support to get information about your order or anything else. The reply was within an hour. The guy from support said that there were some problems with the logistics and they were contacting them to get information. Then I received a confirmation email. They said it would be delivered by the end of the day Thursday. Then it suddenly changed to Friday. On Friday, I received an email that UPS needed my help. The problem was that they had an incomplete home address, but I provided the full address to Venum. So I had to contact UPS directly, and my package delivery was delayed again. It took 3 weeks to deliver my package. The most interesting thing is that it was coming from Europe, but I had a feeling that it was coming from China because it took 3 weeks for the package to be delivered. I also had to contact UPS to correct my "incomplete address," and the full address was provided to Venum when I was completing my order. The product itself is good, but the service was not great.
